Fabella II: Estne?

Salvete amicis!
I wrote a short story. It's very short, but I am glad I wrote it because I felt like I learned a lot:

"Est Tiresias somnum? Est Athena Somnum?" susurrabant mater,

("Is Tiresias asleep? Is Athena asleep?" whispered mother,)

"Sic" susurrabant pater,

("Yes" whispered father,)

"Est iauna jauna?" susurrabant mater,

("Is the door closed?" whispered mater,)

"Sic" susurrabant Pater,

("Yes" whispered father,)

"Fecit relinquo oblation ut deorum?" susurrabant mater,

("Did you leave an offering to the gods?" whispered Mater,)

"Sic" susurrabant Pater,

("Yes" whispered father,)

"Estne gratus?"  susurrabant mater,

("Are they greatful?" whispered Mater,)

"Verisimile"  susurrabant Pater.

("Probably" whispered Pater.)

  1. Salve! I know that this is late, but I just wanted to say that I really admire that you wrote a story in Latin! I've been learning Latin myself for a couple years now and this is great for practicing my reading and comprehending skills. :)
